QLC was founded in 2018 in Massachusetts and has served many clients throughout the state since. Initially, the company was founded by Amr Hafez to curate a real estate investment portfolio of mixed use rentals and AirBnB vacation homes that would be stabilized, rented and sold. It didn't take long for Amr to realize that his real passion in real estate was not on the investment side but rather on the construction side. Amr found himself regularly visiting portfolio properties to look for improvements or enhancements even when they weren't needed, in the hopes that he would be able to get his hands dirty somehow. Soon, QLC became not about sourcing deals and more about bringing out the best in properties to ensure their owners can enjoy them for years to come. Our team's reward is seeing our projects come to life!
