Here is how it works. Whether you are new to construction or already have some experience in the field, our streamlined process aims to get you in your new home within your budget and timeline. We know each client and project is unique so we tailor our approach from here as needed while always keeping the goal of making lasting homes at the forefront of the decision-making process.
Lets Talk!
We like to have an initial conversation about the basics of what you are looking for us to help you with. This is essential to making sure we can meet your needs. If not, we will be sure to refer you to one of our partners who can.
In-House Consultation & Site Visit
Once you are comfortable with our company, we like to complete site visits (as applicable) to view the lot or property. This is where we dig into the design a little further and understand any potential challenges or limitations in the construction process.
Concept Design & Prelims
Here is where we start putting pen to paper on how the finished project will look and feel. Collaboration here is paramount to our success. We put a lot of effort into understanding your needs, thinking creatively on how to overcome any limitations (including budgetary) and working closely with you and any other stakeholders to start getting aligned. We use our proprietary design questionnaire to make sure no stone is left unturned. At the end of this stage, we have preliminary drawings!
Modeling & Virtual Reality
We want you to be able to get a good sense of how all your decision choices will come together. We use the latest technology, physical models, 3D digital imagery and other techniques to help you through the process.
Fixed Price Proposal & Materials Selection
Based on all your selections, we can provide a detailed proposal and budget to pull it all together. We will also include a materials schedule with expected time needed on site to ensure any remaining decisions are discussed in ample time.
Construction & Oversight
Let's get down to business! Once all plans and agreements have been finalized, we work to line up our subcontractors and suppliers to meet our timeline. We remain in constant communication with all parties to ensure the work can be done efficiently and with quality always at the forefront of all decisions.
Handover
Once the project has been completed, we perform as many walkthroughs as you need to be comfortable that your expectations have been met or surpassed!
Support
Our work is not done when our agreement has been fulfilled. We will followup regularly to make sure you are satisfied with how your home is treating you. But you are also welcome to call anytime to chat about any of your concerns. Our team will make sure any issues continue to be addressed.
