QLC can also serve as your trusted advisor and consultant, independent of the contractors performing the work, to ensure your best interests are always considered. We can review budgets and actual cost tracking, ensure project plans are feasible and assist with materials due diligence/selection and design. We can help with everything from using the right drywall, looking at all baseboard options, selecting the right wood for your panelling to hooking you up with the best cabinet makers. We can make sure we connect you with the right people for every component of your project. Simply put, our experience in the real estate development and construction fields can be transferred to you, even when we aren't doing the work. We will be the essential sounding board to make sure it all makes sense.
Our clients are not solely homeowners. We also work closely with investors to make sure their hard earned money is deployed in line with their investment goals. We do the work to identify the best towns to invest in, assess the extent of work needed to flip or rent homes and ultimately unlock equity. QLC also purchases homes to hold in its own portfolio, either as a multi-year flip or as a rental (AirBnB or long-term).
Finding buildable lots in sought after markets like Newton, Weston, Wellesley, Needham, Brookline and Boston is not easy in today's market. We want to remove that anxiety from our clients. We work with our clients that have ideas in mind for where their new home will be and general specifications (like style, size, special features, etc.) to identify the best lots for the purpose. We work with our network of trusted real estate agents and partners to find off market properties worth considering. We can assist with due diligence, permitting, zoning as well.
